My Summer 2024 graduate line, Dirty South is dedicated to my relatives specifically my grandpa who grew up as a cowboy in Mississippi. The meaning behind the term Dirty South is the region of the southern states of the USA. My line, Dirty South cultivates rodeo customs by utilizing Western fashion and Southern culture through design and textiles. Using textiles like Denim, Leather, and Suede to create the cowgirl experience.
